How to sign up for your Paytia 14-day free trial as a Stripe payment user
Step 1: Start Your Free Trial
- Go to the Paytia signup page.
- Fill in the required fields:
- First name
- Last name
- Company name
- Email address (entered twice for confirmation)
- Choose a secure password
- Tick the boxes to agree to Paytia's Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy.
- Click Create Account.

Step 2: Verify Your Email
- Check your inbox for a verification email from Paytia.
- Open the email and click Verify Email Address.
- Follow the confirmation link to activate your account.

Step 3: Complete Setup Steps
After verifying your email, you will see three setup steps:
- Connect to your Stripe account (or create a new one).
- Connect your telephony.
- Register your payment card details for Paytia billing.
Click Get Started! to begin.

Step 4: Connect Your Stripe Account
If you already have a Stripe account:
- Click Next.
- Log in with your Stripe admin email and password.

- Complete two-factor authentication if prompted.

- Select the Stripe account you’d like to connect.
- Click Connect.
If you are new to Stripe:
- Click Next.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to set up your Stripe account.

- Provide your email address, create a password, and add:
- Bank account details
- Company shareholding and director details
- Complete Stripe’s verification process.
Step 5: Confirm Connection
- Enter the verification code sent to your registered phone number.

- Select your Stripe account or sub-account.

- Click Connect.
Step 6: Set Up Telephony & Currency
Choose the currency you wish to process payments in.

Choose your Paytia number by searching with a city name or area code.

Select the number you’d like to use.


Enter the phone number where you want to receive calls.

Confirm that Paytia will route customer calls to your chosen number.

Step 7: Confirm Order and Add Payment Details
Review your chosen subscription package.

Choose between monthly or annual billing (annual includes a 20% discount).

Enter your payment card details.

Tick the box to authorise Paytia to charge your card.
Click Submit.
Step 8: Start Using Your Free Trial
Your Paytia 14-day free trial is now active. You can begin receiving secure calls and processing payments via your Stripe account.
