To use an existing Paytia telephone number within your Aircall account, you must first raise a support ticket with Aircall.
The request must be submitted by an Aircall user with Owner, Administrator or Supervisor permissions.

Sign in using your Aircall account credentials and select Contact Us from the top-right corner of the Aircall Help Centre.
When raising the ticket, clearly state:
We would like to add an existing Paytia telephone number to our Aircall platform account.
Include the following information:
Your Aircall company or account name.
The Paytia telephone number you want to add.
The country associated with the telephone number.
Confirmation that the number is currently provided and managed by Paytia.
Your preferred date for the number to become available within Aircall.
Your Paytia account or company name.
Aircall may ask for additional information or documentation before the number can be added. Please send Aircall’s response and any requested technical or porting information to Paytia Support.
