Call quality issue troubleshooting
In order for Paytia to troubleshoot call quality issues it would be great if you can explain how the call sounded to each party on the conversation.
1. Could one party not hear the other at all (one way audio)? If so which party could not hear the other?
2. Was the audio broken up?
3. Was the audio delayed so it sounded like one person taking over the other?
4. Did it sound like it was echoing?
5. Was it only this user and mobile number that had issues?
6. Did the call drop unexpectedly?
