Controlling the International dial prefix on Paytia telephone numbers
Controlling the international dial prefix for phone numbers is available in the
Settings > International dial prefixes sub-menu.
This control page allows you to quickly add any country you want to use on the Paytia platform for inbound call divert or outbound destination dialling, where the dropdown for International dial code is shown.
Example
Using the
button administrative users can quickly select multiple countries by region or individual countries using the assigned tick boxes.
You will then be able to see the international destinations split into global regions. We have added this filtering to allow our customers to add regions in bulk or a country individually.
Using the Default country menu you can also control which dial prefix is always shown first in the list.
Once you have all your chosen countries active you can click the button to update you master list.
From the Master list you can quickly change the order the prefixes appear in to built an optimised quick select order for your users.
Left click a row and drag it to the required position.
