The Email sent log shows any email the platform has sent out from your account. When using Paytia AWS to send your emails (platform default) Paytia is able to track the delivery of all emails it sends. We have extended the visibility of the progress of the email sent to the Email send report.
From here you can see if a email was delivered, is still trying to be delivered or has failed. If the email failed to be delivered and will not be retried again it is classified as a bounce and this will be flagged as an error message. If the email has had some delay in delivery this is classified as a soft bounce and you can manage these from your E-mail send log.
If you feel the email address had an issue and you want to unlock it so you can send emails to it again you can delete the blocked address from this report screen.
To access the report you use the Report and alerts menu then the E-mail send log sub-menu
When you load the report you will see you can see how the delivery was categorised and you have access to the full email send log. If an email is retried you will see all the re-attempts in the log as well for the single message sent.

Delete
By deleting the message it resets the monitoring for that email address. You should use Delete if the email has retried and now you are in a position where sending the message again would be successful.

Bounce Errors
If your account is the only one that has sent to this email address and the email could not be delivered and will not be retried it will appear in your email report.
If the email address you used fails to be delivered immediately and someone else has tried that incorrect address before, you will see an error message. In this circumstance you can raise a support ticket after you have verified the email is valid and Paytia support will forcefully remove the email address from the stop sending list.
