How to Set the Telephone Number Displayed on Your Customer's Phone
Paytia allows you to control what telephone number appears on your customer's phone when you make an outgoing call. You can either present your secure payment number provided by Paytia or the telephone number you’re using to call the customer.
By default, your service displays your secure payment number. If you want to modify this setting, follow the steps below:
Step-by-Step Instructions:

Sign in as Merchant Admin
Log in to your Paytia admin portal with your merchant administrator credentials.

Navigate to Telephony Settings
From the left-hand menu, click on Configure telephony, then select Default call presentation.

Choose Your Caller ID Preference
- In the Call presentation section, select your preferred option from the dropdown menu:
- My Paytia Number: Displays the secure payment number assigned to your account.
- Caller’s Telephone Number: Displays the number of the phone you're calling from.

Save Your Changes
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the Save settings button to confirm your selection.
