This will show you where to top-up call minutes on the Agent Capture Assist

Should you run out of minutes you will be able to purchase top-up call minutes from inside the admin account of your Agent Capture Assist.

Once logged in there is a page located under the sub-menu Subscription and billing on the left-hand side. Under this sub-menu you will see Buy top-up call bundle, click here.

You can also be directed straight to the page by clicking here

On the bottom of the top-up call bundle page you will see your previous purchase history. This will also include the invoice and the purchase date on the right-hand side of the page.
