How do I change the voice from male/female on the Payment system voice assistant?

How to change the voice between male/female on the Payment system voice assistant

In your Secure Virtual Terminal admin account, go to Configure telephony and click Default call presentation 


 

From here you can select on the setting at the bottom of the page whether you would like the voice to be male or female. (Choice between male and female varies with the selection of language chosen)

 




 

When you have finished selecting the voice you wish to apply, click Save settings in the bottom right of the page.
