How do I take payments using Zoom?

This guide will walk you through the steps to use Paytia for payment collection during your Zoom meetings.

Before you begin, make sure you have the following:

1. A Zoom account
2. A Paytia account

Once you have added the Paytia Zoom payment app to your Zoom meeting client, you will be able to click to take payments whilst you are in a video or audio call from any of your meeting participants

1. Start a payment request directly from Zoom video meetings















2. Pick the meeting participant who will be making the payment 














3. Capture an account and reference number for the payment, as well as the cardholder's first and last name, billing and shipping addresses.

4. Follow the progress of the payment your customer is making


5. See the payment result displayed inside your Zoom screen


6. Your customer will see this image on their zoom screen.
