Step-by-Step Process to Update Your Payment Card

Log in to the Paytia Merchant Portal
Access the Paytia portal using your credentials.

Navigate to the Dashboard
On the left-hand side menu, click on the Dashboard sub-menu.

Click “Update Payment Card”
Locate and click the button labeled Update payment card.

Enter Your New Card Details
- A pop-up window will appear prompting you to enter your payment card information.
- Fill in the required fields, including the card number.
- Ensure your details are correct before proceeding.

Submit the Card Information
- Click the Submit button to save the updated card details.
