How do I update my payment card?

Showing the process of updating the users payment card

When your subscription expires for a variety of reasons, such as an expired card. The merchant portal will require you to update your card.

To do this -

1. Navigate to the Dashboard sub-menu on the left-hand side of the page.

2. You will see a button labelled Update payment card, click it.

3. A pop-up will appear asking you to update your payment information.



4. Enter your new card information in the pop-up window, then click Submit.


If your card details have been updated, you can now reactivate your subscription and continue using Paytia's services if your account was previously inactive.
