How do I upload my company logo?


To provide a more personalized experience for your customers, you can replace the default Paytia logo on the payment confirmation page with your company’s logo. Follow these steps to upload and display your logo.


Step 1: Log In to the Paytia Admin Portal

  1. Navigate to the Paytia Admin Portal.
  2. Log in using your Administrator credentials.

Step 2: Access the Logo Upload Section

  1. From the main menu, select the option Replace the Paytia logo with your company logo.



Step 3: Upload Your Logo

  1. Click the Choose button to open the image selection tool.
  2. Your desktop file explorer will appear. Locate and select your logo file.
    • Requirements:
      • The logo should be in a rectangular format.
      • Minimum resolution: 200x100 pixels.

Step 4: Adjust and Crop the Logo

  1. After selecting your file, a preview of your logo will appear in the cropping tool.
  2. Drag the small boxes at the edges to adjust the selection area to fit your logo.
  3. Ensure the selected portion represents your logo accurately.

Step 5: Upload the Logo

  1. When satisfied with the selection, click the Upload button to save the cropped logo.

Step 6: Save the Logo

  1. Finally, click Save to apply the changes.
  2. Your company logo will now be displayed on the payment confirmation page visible to your customers.

Additional Notes:

  • Ensure that your logo file is appropriately sized to avoid distortion.
  • You can repeat the process if you wish to update or change the logo in the future.

With your logo displayed, you enhance brand recognition and provide a seamless customer experience during the payment process.
