How do I use customer look up?

This article will demonstrate how to locate and automatically retrieve a customer's call record to a Stripe payment details form.

Login

To use Paytia to take payments you must be logged in.

Beginning a payment

Once logged in, you should see the merchant portal from here; click the toggle at the top of the page, on the left-hand side, to sign into the user screen.


 

 In the customer field, click to dropdown the menu, and enter the name of the customer you are searching for.
