How to Enter a Card for Payment

Steps to Capture Credit or Debit Card Details:

  1. Prompt for Card Entry

    • If your chosen trial package includes an automatic upgrade to a live account or you have purchased the account for immediate use, Agent Capture Assist will prompt you to enter your credit or debit card details.

  2. Enter Card Details

    • A secure payment form will appear.

    • Fill in the required fields:
      • Card Number: Input the 16-digit card number.
      • Expiration Date (MM/YY): Enter the card's expiration date.
      • CVC: Enter the 3-digit security code on the back of the card (or 4 digits for some AMEX cards).

  3. Postcode/Zip Code Verification

    • Enter the Postcode (UK) or Zip Code (US) corresponding to the billing address where the payment card is registered.

  4. Submit Details

    • Click the Submit button to securely capture and encrypt your card details.
    • The system will not store the actual card details for enhanced security. Only encrypted tokens are used for transactions.

  5. Save for Future Use

    • Once submitted, your payment card details will be saved securely for future transactions.

This process ensures your card details are encrypted and handled with the highest level of security while enabling seamless payments for your account.
