How to Manage Your Paytia Subscription
Paytia's Subscription and Billing section allows you to manage your subscription, invoices, payment methods, and account status. Follow these instructions to navigate and manage your subscription effectively.
1. Accessing Subscription and Billing
- Log in to your Paytia account via Paytia's platform.
- Click on Subscription and Billing from the main menu.
- Select Manage Subscription.
2. Viewing Subscription Details
In the Manage Subscription section, you can:
- View your current package details (e.g., package name, status, start date, and payment amount).
- Check your subscription status (e.g., active or inactive).
3. Available Actions
The following options are available for managing your subscription:
A. Upgrade Your Package
- Use the Upgrade Package option to move to an alternative edition of Agent Capture Assist.
B. Download Invoices
- Click the Invoice Download Icon in the table under the Subscription or Add-on Licenses tabs to access your payment records.
- Ensure you select the correct tab for base subscriptions or additional add-ons (e.g., user licenses or call minute bundles).
C. Stop Subscription
- Click the Stop Subscription button to cancel your service.
- Confirm the action when prompted.
D. Update Payment Card
- Select Update Payment Card to modify the payment method linked to your subscription.
- Enter the new card details and confirm.
4. Deleting Your Paytia Account
- To completely remove your account, click Delete Account in the Subscription and Billing menu.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to finalize account deletion.
