Agent Capture Assist integrates with Stripe to provide a secure method for processing payment card details during telephone calls. Stripe serves as the payment service provider, handling transactions by moving funds from your customer’s card to your bank account. Follow the steps below to set up or use your Stripe account during the Agent Capture Assist setup process.

Step 1: Visit the Stripe Partner Link

  1. Navigate to the dedicated Stripe partner page for Paytia:
    https://stripe.com/partners/paytia.

Step 2: Understand Your Options

When prompted to connect your Stripe account, you will be presented with three choices:

  1. Log in to an Existing Stripe Account:

    • If a Stripe login box appears, simply enter your Stripe account credentials.
    • Authorize Agent Capture Assist as a Stripe-approved service partner.
    • This connects your existing Stripe account to Agent Capture Assist.

  2. Switch to Login from the Sign-Up Form:

    • If you see a sign-up form but already have a Stripe account, click the Sign into Stripe option at the top right of the page.
    • Log in to your existing Stripe account and authorize Agent Capture Assist.

  3. Sign Up for a New Stripe Account:

    • If you don’t have a Stripe account, complete the Stripe sign-up form displayed.
    • Provide the following details to create your Stripe merchant account:
      • Company Information: Business name and contact details.
      • Director Information: Personal details of the primary business owner.
      • Bank Account Details: For receiving payouts from Stripe.

Step 3: Authorize Agent Capture Assist

  1. Whether you log in to an existing account or create a new one, Stripe will request authorization for Agent Capture Assist to access your account.
  2. Follow the prompts to confirm the integration.

Step 4: Complete Setup

  1. Once authorized, return to the Agent Capture Assist setup process.
  2. Your Stripe account will now be linked, and you can start processing payments securely over the phone.
