Date filtering allows you to reduce the amount of data you want to view to a specified day or date range.
If you want to select just one day's worth of data you can click the same date twice to select the start and end date as the selected day.
The keyword filter allows you to look for specific alphanumeric information stored in each column and row of the Transaction table. This is useful if you are looking for a customer name, telephone number or transaction ID, or amount.
The View button will give you access to a consolidated summary view of all the information the Paytia platform stores on the transaction related to a telephone call.
Example
API details shows you all the internal API exchange between Paytia telephony and API services. This is used for troubleshooting and transparency of the data passed internally on the Paytia service.
See this article for more details API Details
The Webhook Request button will show you all the webhooks associated with the call that has been made/received. The webhooks are shown in the order that the Paytia platform has sent them back to your business. Webhook URL's are specified in the API post Paytia receives from your system.
