How to find and use the whisper announcement

The whisper setting allows the user to be informed that the call relates to a Paytia inbound payment by playing a short double beep.

The whisper announcement is located under the sub menu Configure telephony on the left-hand side, underneath Configure telephony you will see Call presentation, click here.

 

Once you've found Call presentation, the page should show you a section labelled Whisper announcement (If you have purchased this feature only)

From here, there is a slider on the far right of the page which you can turn on OR off to the whisper. 

Once selected, finish by clicking on Save settings on the bottom-right of the page
