If you wish to use your existing phone number with Record Caller, follow these steps:

  1. Access Call Forwarding Settings

    • Navigate to the call forwarding settings on your phone.

  2. Enable Call Forwarding

    • Turn call forwarding ON and enter the Record Caller phone number you chose during sign-up.

  3. Forward Calls to Record Caller

    • When a customer calls your original phone number, the call will be automatically forwarded to the Record Caller app.
