Yes, Paytia offers a Agent Capture Assist that allows users to have a web form they can use when taking payments.

Customers still use their telephone keypad to enter card details when on the call, but agents do not hear or see those sensitive details anymore. Instead agents see sensitive data as **** characters on their screen.

The Agent Capture Assist allows agents to record information using numbers and letters directly into the web form making payment processing quicker and allowing additional information such as address details to be captured.
