Sub-Company profile creation

Sub-Company profile creation

Sub-Company profiles have been created to allow business that want users to process transactions for multiple business brands to do so from the single, central Paytia user interface.
Sub company control is a Paytia licence that needs to be added before the service is available to use.

Once activated a new Sub-menu option 'Manage Sub-companies' will appear under the Administer users menu.
Note: Once Sub-company is activated you need to create company details for every company so users can correctly select from each, distinct, company brand.

1. Clicking on the menu item will load the administration page.

2. Using the 'Add Sub-company' button will show a popup screen allowing you to enter information about each company profiles.
Note: These details are used in ecommerce services such as Payment links and customer receipts.

The Company name will be shown to your form users and used on digital communication.

Adding your logo - use the slider to zoom in and out until your log fits in the highlighted box. Then use your cursor to move the logo left and right to position it. We suggest moving the logo so it appears far left.
